Hi-I wrote before and my family is interested in your urban farm. I was wondering if we could get a tour some night after work before we commit to volunteering.

Thanks so much!

Hey guys, I talke to Reygan yesterday about a few things and she told me to email you. First I want to bring my students back in May for some volutnteering. It would be good to come a few days. Let me know which days would be good. Than we are starting our garden this spring and need help as far as figuring out where to plant what, how to do it, rain barrel and compost building. We also can always use seedling donations, but we did start growing our own seeds. And last, but not least, we are doing an environmental fair on May 3rd and are asking for different environmental organizations to come and talk about what they do and possibly do some kind of work shop. It would be great if you came. The time is from 8:30 am till 11:30 am.
Thanx

Hi Ed... The address is on the flyer in this post. It's the 3500 block of Ash Street in Hampden. If you drive west along the avenue (36th street) toward Falls Road, and then straight across Falls Road (a bit of a disjoined intersection), you will see that 36th street becomes a long, straight hill. At the very bottom of this hill is a T-intersection with Ash St. and the event will be immediately in the block to your left. Taking public transportation (Woodberry light rail stop is in walking distance) or bicycling if possible would be best as parking will be limited, but if you drive your best option may be to parallel park on 36th street and walk the rest of the way down the hill to Ash Street. Hope to see you there!
